Welcome to La Casita, a beautifully curated, new-build 2-bedroom holiday home in the centre of Newquay. This is the perfect beachside haven for families or friends looking to relax, explore, and soak up the laid-back charm of the Cornish coast.
The space
With a modern decor, La Casita combines exposed natural wood, rich textural details with coastal-style elements to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Think elevated beach house style, full of light, high-end finish, plenty of space, and a casual yet considered aesthetic.
On the ground floor, the master offers a spacious king-sized relaxed retreat - light and airy with rustic wooden furniture and ample storage with design details giving a Californian-coastal style. Next to the main bedroom, the large family bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, freestanding soaking tub, and double vanity for a spa-like experience. The lower level also offers an office nook in the entrance hall for those needing to catch up on emails along with a snug TV room with sofa bed - a cosy den ideal for movie nights or keeping the kids entertained on rainy days.
For the main living space, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area upstairs is bathed in natural light, with bold sofas, dopamine decor, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island for prepping or casual dining. The dining area offers a sociable space for evening meals or laid-back breakfasts before heading out to the beach. Bifold doors open onto a private enclosed terrace, complete with astroturf, comfy outdoor seating, and a feature mural wall depicting views over Newquay’s Towan Beach, The Island and harbour.
The twin bedroom, directly off of the first floor lounge area is bright and airy with its own ensuite shower room — a perfect space for children or additional guests. With a family-friendly layout, spacious rooms and relaxed coastal charm, the house also features underfloor heating throughout for year-round comfort plus private off-street parking – a rare gem in the town centre.
Ideally situated between Newquay town centre, Fistral Beach, and the harbour — everything is within easy walking distance. Whether you're hitting the surf, exploring local eateries, or relaxing with a pasty and a sea view, La Casita puts you right at the heart of it all!
Note: The property has two bedrooms that sleeps four people. However, there is a sofa bed in the snug that converts to a double if you need it. There is a £30 to supply linen and towels for the sofa bed. Please make us aware when booking the sofa bed.
Note: Parking is just across the street on the drive of other property, however you are welcome to pull up outside and unload before parking opposite.
Note: Whilst being located just on the edge of central Newquay, La Casita is located in a peaceful and private, tucked away position. Just a couple of minutes walk from the fistral coast path makes it an ideal location for surfers, golfers and trips to the beach.
Note: Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A shop is 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.3 miles. Parking for 1 car on the other side of the road from the house (there is no turning space in the lane, so please don't leave a car unattended as this will block the neighbours). Note: this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP.
