The spacious layout includes a king bedroom, two twins in a bedroom, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances to views from the balcony, this home offers a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. The house is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring wide doorways, and a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower chair and a handheld shower head. Safety is a top priority with carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit provided for your peace of mind. Whether you're looking to unwind indoors or explore the great outdoors, this property has something for everyone. Relax on the patio and take in the fresh mountain air. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April. Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation. The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

The home was not as clean as it first appeared on arrival. There was no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels robes or anything. The hot tub location is too far and inconvenient for use. You have a large porch that would be perfect for it. Having to go out the front door and all the way around the house is not a good layout. Outdoor furniture and fire pit area was just to dirty to want to use.
