Presentation of the accommodation
Welcome to our apartment located on the first floor of a house in Marseillan Plage, just 3 minutes walk from the central beach, a supervised sandy beach ideal for families. This 45 m² living space (50 m² on the ground) has been designed to offer you comfort, serenity and all the advantages of a stay with your feet in the water, in a quiet and residential area.

Accommodating up to 6 people, it is perfect for families with children as well as groups of friends wishing to enjoy the Mediterranean coast in a relaxed atmosphere.

Interior space
The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms:
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families. The second bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The living room, bright and inviting, includes a sofa bed with two additional beds and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook independently: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet, as well as a washing machine to facilitate your stay.
The accommodation also benefits from reversible air conditioning in both bedrooms, free WiFi, and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

The 55 m² outdoor garden, a real asset of the accommodation
Enjoy a fully vegetated outdoor space, facing south-west, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. You will find:
A jacuzzi with two deckchairs for moments of pure relaxation, a pergola providing shade and coolness, a large outdoor table that can accommodate 8 people for your outdoor meals, and a parasol for the sunniest hours.

The summer kitchen is a real plus: electric stove with oven and hob, fridge with freezer, barbecue and plancha. An outdoor solar shower and an outdoor toilet complete this space dedicated to outdoor living.
Linen and equipment provided
For your comfort, we provide sheets, towels and basic necessities: soap, shampoo and toilet paper. All you need to do is bring your beach towels.

Parking and access
A private, closed parking space is included (suitable for an SUV, but not for motorhomes). In case of a second vehicle, street parking is free. An independent pedestrian exit allows direct and convenient access to the accommodation. As the apartment is located on the first floor, it is only accessible by stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

An ideal location, everything on foot
Marseillan Plage is a popular destination where everything is done on foot. From the accommodation, you can easily access:
The central beach of fine sand supervised, 3 minutes away. The daily market just 50 metres away, with local and fresh products but also bakery, butcher, fishmonger, local shops, bars, restaurants and shops. The amusement park for the pleasure of young and old. The flea market on weekends in the morning, perfect for lovers of antiques. The ranch for horse lovers. The cooperative cellar to discover the wines of the region. A nightclub for festive evenings.

Practical information
Arrival between 2pm and 4pm. Departure between 10am and 11am. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Accommodation suitable for families and young children.
For the safety of your young children, we recommend that you be very vigilant when going up and down the stairs, and never let them use the stairs without adult supervision. Even if a railing is present, no safety gate for children being installed, we invite you to take this into account when making your reservation.
