With breathtaking views of the volcanoes and the sea on the horizon, Casa Chill is a wooden Eco Concept villa. On a plot of more than 3000 m2, have lunch on the terrace, relax along the heated pool and treat yourself to wonderful sunsets well installed in the Chill Out.
Close to the beaches and surf spots, not to mention the Montain Bike circuits, you can get to El Cotillo or Corralejo in less than 15 minutes. The bay window of the living room of the house opens completely to take full advantage of the south-facing terrace and swimming pool. There is no shortage of equipment: Netflix, Bose speaker, washing machine/dryer, Délonghi coffee + espresso machine, toaster, electric juicer, blender, refrigerator, induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, sun loungers and outdoor table.

The pool is heated to a maximum temperature of 25° from November to the end of March or when necessary with a maximum of 28° from April to the end of October thanks to a heat pump. The solar panels ensure this comfort during the day and the water is recycled to water the plants in the garden. Maintenance of the pool is provided once a week. If you want to spend a quiet holiday and recharge your batteries, this is the ideal place. For a more lively holiday in the accommodation, prefer a rental closer to the cities, as everything is said and no unpleasant surprises. Casa Chill cannot accommodate babies or children under 12 years old for safety reasons.
