This beautiful 3 story home is nicely decorated with high beamed ceilings, bright Talavera tiles, and hardwood furniture.
The home features a living room / TV room on the third floor fully equipped with a sofa sleeper and a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have king beds and sofas and full in-suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds.
On the bottom level, there is a kitchen and second living room with large windows looking out to the Sea of Cortez and doors to the large covered patio, the BBQ, and to the beach which has easy immediate access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with major and small appliances and there is a very large family sized dining area with ceiling fans and beautiful ocean views.
In the bottom level there are three bedrooms. Two of them have full in-suite bathrooms and the third dorm-style bedroom can sleep 5 and has a full bathroom immediately adjacent to it. The largest downstairs bedroom also contains a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV.
There is a generous covered patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez which is equipped with a large table for outdoor dining which can easily seat 10 and there is additional seating and lounge chairs for larger groups.
The house also includes a very large upper deck / margarita deck with fabulous 180 degree panoramic ocean views.

No ATVs, UTVs, Razors or Rhinos, or JetSkis are allowed in the Las Conchas Community as well as no Fires or Fireworks allowed on the Beach, (Las Conchas HOA Rule).
