Villa Jimmy with Heated Pool

The villa "Jimmy" with heated pool and roof terrace can accomodate up to 16 people.

If you want the pool is heated in winter month so it will be extra charged 30 euro / day - please let us know before arrivel .

It is located in Seline, a small and quiet holiday resort located between the mountain range of Velebit and the Adriatic sea. It offers a unique insight into mediterranean culture due to its unusual combination of beautiful beaches on one side, and mountain ranges on the other side.



The house is composed of three apartments, one studio apartment, a basement and a panoramic terrase.



On the ground floor there are two apartments (A2 & A3 in the pictures):

Each apartment has it's own kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom and bedrooms. One of the apartments has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, while the other apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchens are fully equipped (pots, pans, cutlery etc.) and each of the apartments has a furnished terrace.



On the second floor there is one apartment (apartment 1 in pictures) with two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed. This apartment also features two bathrooms. One with a bathtub and one with a shower. It also has two balconies, one with a huge dining table for 6 and the other smaller one.



The third floor consists of a studio apartment for 2, with an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The studio has it's own balcony.

Next to the studio is the panoramic terrace with sun loungers and a big sitting area with a gorgeous view of the sea and the nearby national park of Paklenica.



The basement is equipped with a kitchen, a dining table, a living area and a bathroom. It is envisioned as a hangout space for all the guests.



The heated pool is located behind the house. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a big grill area with tables and benches. The parking space is located in front of the house.

Important :

A returnable property damage deposit of 500 euros is required to be paid in cash on site - this will also be refunded in cash provided no damage has been caused to or in the property



The guests have access to the whole house and the surrounding which include the pool and the barbecue area.



I give my guests space but am available when needed



The city of Starigrad has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.



Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
