Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage — all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, great room, kitchen, all three lanais, private BBQ, one-car garage and driveway space, and in-unit laundry. The cottage is fully detached with no shared walls, giving you complete privacy for the duration of your stay.

• Ka Milo Recreation Center with a resort-style family pool, an adults-only lap pool, two spas, large fitness center, and pavilion BBQs, all just steps from the cottage.
• Mauna Lani Beach Club access with beach chairs and cabanas
• Parking spot in garage, parking space in front of the garage, and multiple parking spots across the street.
• The Mauna Lani Auberge Sports Club and Tennis Garden with lap pool, gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts, four pickleball courts is available for an additional fee. Please inquire directly with the Sports Club for rates and availability.
• The Francis H. Brown Golf Courses at Mauna Lani is steps away. Inquire directly with the golf club for tee times and green fees.

The 404 is located in the Mauna Lani Resort, within the gated community of Ka Milo. The location of this luxury cottage is steps away from the amenity center of Ka Milo with two pools, two spas, a large grassy area for kids to play, covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and grills. Lots of beach chairs and cabanas for a resort day to hang out at the pool, and walking back to the cottage for drinks, ice, food, extra sunscreen, is only steps away. Our cottage provides two keys on lanyards to enter the amenity center.
