About this cottage rental
Walk into a spacious living room with TV, a dining room off the cozy kitchen, a family room with games like Bingo, a quiet side porch for sipping coffee, two cozy bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and the other with two single beds (some have pushed the two single beds together), two full baths, one with tub/ shower combination and the other with a shower, and a loft with three single beds for the kids!
There is a front deck to catch the gorgeous sunsets and a back deck with lounge chairs and an outside shower. Rinse off after the beach and and chill out in the lounge chairs in the late afternoon sun. Grill up some jersey corn and whatever you love, and dine outside at the table. It’s a feeling that will fill your soul with happiness.
The grill is natural gas so no worries over running out of propane.
Step out of one of the four doors and right up the ramp to the beach and ocean. There are 8 beach badges included and the beach has two life guard stands with the best guards to keep a watchful eye!
A nostalgic jersey shore cottage reminiscent of the good ol’ days. It’s located on a narrow strip of land where you can have either the ocean out your door or take a short walk to the Bay. Grab some breakfast at Patti’s Kitchen or lunch across the street at Charlie’s Farm Market and catch some crabs over on the dock at the bay. The kids love this activity and the sunsets over the bay are incredible! The cottage is cooled with window AC units for when the ocean breeze is still. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the usual necessities. You are welcomed to use the towels, linens and beach chairs provided or bring your own. This is not a new showplace, but a truly cared for and adored cottage with rambling rooms and a ton of charm. There are plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the slow pace of warm breezy summer days.
When it’s time to venture out, you will be closeby to all of the restaurants like the Crab’s Claw Inn in Lavalette. So many restaurants to try! Breakfast at Patti’s kitchen is a must! There are great boutiques to browse and ice cream parlors for your evening treats. The boardwalk in Seaside Heights and Jenkinson’s Amusement’s in Point Pleasant are just a short drive away for a fun family adventure!
A big welcome to the Jersey Shore!
