THE SPACE
SOULFUL SERENITY is a two bedroom home which gives you a comforting feeling as you immerse yourself in the soft charm of its pastel colors. Its location allows for simple elegance and an opportunity to hear the birds sing softly. It is adorned with both a king size and a queen size bed, dining table for four, ensuite bathrooms and a fullsize kitchen. The space is quite safe with the triple security of a SMART door, steel grill and 24/7 security cameras (8) which detect the movements of animals and persons. There is off-street parking and ample lighting around the perimeter of the property.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests enters our gated community after being vetted by the security guards at the entrance gate. The guards are alerted ahead of time as to the name and number of persons who are our guests and on which day to expect them to arrive. Arrival time is flexible and check-in time is 3:00pm or later.
Guests are provided with an access code to obtain the entrance to the home and are asked NOT to share it with anyone else. This code is deactivated at check-out for security purposes.
