The home features a beautifully updated kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with recently renovated bathrooms that add a fresh, modern touch throughout. With two separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs, there's plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax.
Multiple front and back porches and balconies offer ocean views, peaceful golf course sunrises, and gorgeous sunsets over South Beach, creating the perfect backdrop for your island getaway.
The second floor features a spacious primary suite with both a king bed and a queen bed, flat screen TV, plus a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the main floor, guests will find two queen bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the ocean-side balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. A full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located near the living areas and bedrooms. At the end of the hall is an additional bathroom featuring a soaking tub (no shower) and double vanity.
