Our Furnished apartments all have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV with canal + channels for the living room and each bedroom, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and all the necessary crockery, pans, pots and dishes.
Water hot on sink and bathroom, mosquito net for the bedrooms on the first floor and the 1st floor, on the balcony table chairs with possibility of barbecue area, all equipped with crockery ect,,,,,,
Fully secure, Safe and free wifi.
Payment is made in cash in advance to the inventory on arrival including a rent + 1 Deposit rent which will be returned at the exit if the inventory is Blank.
The replacement of the breakage will be done by the tenant or will be deducted from the deposit at the exit inventory
A caretaker and a housekeeper are on site for the comfort and smooth running of the establishment
