Smart, comfortable and spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with A/C on the first floor, accessible via stairs/lift, overlooking the 14th green and pool 9 on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Balcony with garden furniture off each bedroom including a covered balcony off the main terrace. Bright open-plan living with a west-facing aspect. Easy living with fully equipped kitchen for family convenience.
Large supermarket including bakery & ATM on site with a selection of family friendly restaurants adjacent on the Boulevard
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):

-Scalini's Fine Italian
-Bayside Restaurant
-Chill n Go – Tapas Bar
