No large trucks or work vehicles are allowed at this condo complex. Parking is restricted to a maximum of 3 vehicles and is strictly enforced. Guests may access TV streaming services using their own credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Pleasant townhouse with balcony overlooking woods and creek, with access to courts, lake, hikes, restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. One of several houses rented for a family reunion.

Our family loved everything about this home. The location, the layout, the comfy beds and peaceful surroundings - everything! There is a beautiful path that you. A walk to get to the Sapphire Valley community center which is an added bonus. We saw several bunnies every day that we made the walk. Vacasa and the owners were extremely easy to work with and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We’ve been coming to the Cashiers area every year for over 20 years, this is our new favorite place to stay.

Ours was a vacation of three generations. The property suited us perfectly. The house suited our purpose very well and the beds get special kudos. The location next to the Sapphire Valley Resort with its amenities was a great big plus.
