The unit is close to all the main attractions. It’s about 20 mins from the Punta Cana International Airport, 15 mins from Downtown Mall and Plaza San Juan and restaurants, bars and clubs are from walking distance.
Getting around is fairly easy since everything is close by but Public Transportation is available (guaguas) and Uber as well. If you ever need, we offer a private driver service.
Non-Smoking Condo
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the condo.
Pets Not Allowed
For allergy and hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the unit.

Electricity is not included in the nightly rate. Average usage is around $13 USD per night, which will appear under the Management Fee when booking. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and AC when not in use.
