👥 Sleeps: Up to 3 people
🛏 Layout: 1 bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) + 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

🍳 "Chef" open kitchen: Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
❄️ Full climate control: Air conditioning (heat pump) + quiet ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
📶 Home Office & Relaxation: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a dedicated work/study area.
🌙 Optimal rest: Blackout blinds on all windows.
🧺 Included Extras: Bedding, towels, a washing machine, and a fantastic outdoor shower on the property to rinse off the sand when you return from the beach.

We want your arrival to go smoothly, so here’s how parking works depending on the time of year:
From October through June: Free parking is included within the building’s private grounds.
July, August, and September: Parking on the premises isn’t available, but there are some very convenient options:
Orange zone on the same street (very affordable, approx. 1 € for 9 hours).
Free parking zone just a 5-minute walk away.

🤫 Relaxed atmosphere: Out of respect for the neighbors, parties, events, and noisy nighttime activities are not permitted.
🔐 Security: The property has an alarm system that is activated only in the event of an intrusion, ensuring your complete privacy.
🚭 Smoke-free: Smoking is prohibited indoors; it is only allowed on the outdoor terrace.
🐾 Pets Welcome: Your four-legged friends are part of the family. Please do not let them get on the sofa, bed, or other furniture.
🧾 Fees and Registration (Legal Regulations)
Tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), administered by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Guest Registration: An official requirement of the Ministry of the Interior. All guests must be registered prior to arrival so that their information can be reported to the Mossos d’Esquadra.

Final cleaning is included in the price; we simply ask that you leave the apartment in its normal condition:
Take out any trash you’ve generated.
Leave dishes and utensils clean.
Keep the accommodation in good overall condition.
