We are excited to share our newly renovated South Bethany beach house with you! This is a brand-new listing with new furniture, mattresses, bedding, hard flooring, and rugs. Cleanliness is extremely important to us so we take pride in caring for our home and thoroughly cleaning between guests.

The heart of the home is the stunning open-concept living room, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. A large sectional sofa provides plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach, whether you're watching a movie on the large smart TV or gathering with family and friends.

A beautiful coastal-inspired fireplace with a wooden mantel and sailboat accent adds warmth and charm to the space. The neutral tones and beach-inspired decor create a bright, airy atmosphere that captures the relaxed feel of Bethany Beach living.

Just off the living room is a fully updated coastal kitchen with light cabinetry and soft blue accents that reflect the beach setting. The kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

A breakfast bar with barstool seating makes it easy for guests to gather, enjoy morning coffee, or chat while meals are being prepared.

The dining area sits beside large windows that fill the room with natural light. A spacious dining table comfortably accommodates the group for meals, board games, or planning the next beach adventure.

The bright sunroom connects to the dining space and offers two cozy swivel chairs to relax with morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. Large windows frame peaceful canal views and fill the room with warm, natural light, creating a bright and inviting space to relax and take in the waterfront surroundings. The open layout keeps everyone connected between the kitchen, dining space, sunroom, and living room.

Above the main living space is an open loft overlooking the great room, adding architectural interest and extra space to spread out. Accessible by a modern spiral staircase, the loft provides a quiet retreat while still being connected to the activity below. It's a fun and unique feature of the home that kids and adults alike enjoy. Both the top and bottom of the staircase include gates for added safety.

The primary bedroom is on the first floor with a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, and ample storage space for clothing and personal items.

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs that provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. Two of the upstairs bedrooms include queen beds, and one bedroom includes twin bunk beds in addition to a pull out twin trundle bed - perfect for a kids room!

All furniture and mattresses are brand new!

The home includes two clean and well-appointed bathrooms stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The downstairs bathroom has a full tub and shower combination, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The upstairs bathroom features a newly renovated walk-in shower with striking blue Moroccan tile, creating a spa-like coastal feel.

All linens are provided including sheets, quilts, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each guest.
