About this cottage rental
Beautiful Valla Beach, seconds from the beach with some of the best views on the coast. Positioned in the best location on Valla Beaches most popular street. You have an easy 100m stroll down the hill to a stunning 6km beach.
The house is large open and light filled, taking in the incredible ocean views, enjoy coffee at sunrise or drinks at sunset on the deck.

This is an older style property with lots of charm and character. The first thing you will be impressed by is the view. The best on the coast.
The house is very light and an easy space to live in. Facing north and opening onto the very generous deck, it takes advantage of the beautiful sea breezes and those spectacular ocean views.

It is a very flexible space, catering for 2 to up to 9 guests. The kitchen and BBQ on the deck enable flexible catering options. Dining can be inside or out on the all weather deck.
The 2 living areas allow guests to find their own space . The bathroom has a bath & walk in shower.
There is also a laundry with a second shower & toilet if required.
The bedrooms and common area are spacious with plenty of storage and room to move. They all open up onto the deck which runs the length of the house.
Enjoy the outdoor eating space as you finish your day with a cold beverage and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to the birds chirping and you are guaranteed total relaxation.
Important to Note - we have made some updates to the aesthetics. Mostly furnishings. These include new blinds, curtains & linen. Replacement lounge & bed base on the main bedroom. This is a work in progress.
Guests have access to the ground floor, carport and down stairs laundry. The Double garage and upstairs are locked.
The house is all on one level with easy access from the carport makes it ideal for those who find stairs a challenge with a wide hallway and walk in shower. The only items downstairs is the laundry area.
NOTE: Set in coastal bushland area so there may be lots of leaves around the property and on the balcony, ocean sea spray on windows when its windy, bugs outside are normal (ants, geckos etc).
Our cleaners do their best to have everything as clean as possible outside prior to arrival but we cannot control the weather that causes excess leaves, bugs and salty windows.
Please ensure you understand all this prior to booking.
