- A 140 × 190 cm sofa bed in the living room.
- An extra bed for a child.
- A fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals.

- Air conditioning to keep the interior comfortable even in the height of summer.
- A large 35 m² terrace with a view of the sea.
- A swimming pool within the residence.

- For everyone’s comfort, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
- To prevent unauthorized entry, lock the sliding door even if you’re only gone for a short time.
If you’ll be away for a longer period, close the roller shutters.
- Be careful not to bring sand inside; the pipes don’t like going to the beach very much; a small broom located by the small gate will come in handy for removing the bulk of it, as will the hose on the patio.
- Use the air conditioning responsibly
Do not set it below 25° in cooling or heating mode
Do not leave the windows open while it is running.
- Bring your own sheets; do not sleep on the mattress pads
Do not eat in the beds or on the sofa.
- Do not take anything with you.
