Apartment by Lake Alvasjön with sauna and reserve

You’ll be staying on the first floor of a beautiful house nestled in the woods by Sweden’s largest private lake. The floor is airy and bright, with a fantastic view of the water. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances and plenty of space for cooking.



The living room features large windows facing the lake and a great stereo for cozy evenings. There is also a futon that serves as an extra bed. You have two bedrooms: a large double room and a bright room with two twin beds. Convenient storage is available in overhead cabinets throughout the apartment. Although it is an apartment, you will be the only ones staying in the house during your visit, as the second floor is used for storage.



Outside, the forest and the private lake await. In the summer, you can swim from the diving platform that the kids love. By the shore, there is a traditional wood-fired sauna that you are welcome to use. The garden is part of the idyllic Alvasjön farm.



You are surrounded by one of Sweden’s most beautiful nature reserves and best sport fishing areas. Take mountain bikes, canoes, or the rowboat and explore the forest and the lake. Pick blueberries and mushrooms, fish, or paddle in peace and quiet. Here, the kids can leave their screens behind and set out on adventures in nature.
