Just minutes from Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the restaurants, wineries, and attractions of Hochatown, this private retreat is perfect for couples, small families, and friends looking to relax and reconnect.

Spend your days hiking scenic trails, boating on the lake, fishing, ziplining, or exploring local breweries before returning to your own peaceful cabin retreat.

Inside you`ll find an inviting open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, rustic charm, a beautiful stone fireplace, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with two spacious king bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa in the game room. Two full bathrooms and an additional 1/2 bath off of the laundry area provide plenty of privacy and comfort.

Outside, relax in the private hot tub surrounded by the pines, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars, grill dinner on the BBQ, or enjoy a friendly game of foosball or Pac-Man after a day of adventure.

Please note this cabin sits in a natural wooded area, so you may occasionally see wildlife such as deer, squirrels, raccoons, or insects. We recommend keeping food secured and being mindful outdoors, especially at night. Firewood is not provided for the fire pit, so guests may want to purchase additional wood locally. Cell service can vary depending on your carrier. Roads may be dark at night due to the wooded setting—please drive carefully after sunset, and note that weather can occasionally affect road conditions during storms or winter months.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed without prior approval, and quiet hours help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for neighboring cabins. Parking is available directly at the property for multiple vehicles. Guests receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival for a smooth, easy self-check-in experience.

Registered guests only. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy on your reservation.

Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially outdoors.

No parties or events.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or on the patio. If smoking elsewhere on the property, please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in a trash receptacle — do not leave them on the ground. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found indoors or on the patio.

Up to two dogs are permitted with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Please pick up all pet waste before departure and keep pets off furniture and beds unless protected with a cover.

Please do not move indoor furniture or décor.

Keep doors and windows closed while the HVAC is running.

Hot Tub: No glassware is permitted in or around the hot tub. Please rinse off before entering to help maintain water quality. Keep the cover closed when not in use, and do not adjust the temperature settings.

Fire Pit: Never leave the fire unattended. Fully extinguish the fire after each use and observe any local burn bans or fire restrictions.

BBQ Grill: Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Turn off the propane at the tank after each use and allow the grill to cool before covering it.

Game Room: Please handle the foosball table and Pac-Man arcade cabinet with care, and keep food and drinks away from the arcade machine.

Plumbing: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (including those labeled `flushable`), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, or other sanitary items.

Before You Go: Please place bagged trash in the outdoor receptacle and, if you brought a pet, pick up all pet waste. We`d also appreciate the dishwasher being started and used towels placed in the laundry area, if you`re able.

Cleaning: Your cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after your stay. If the cabin is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring additional cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as they are noticed so we have the opportunity to address them during your stay.

Please treat Marlin Pines with the same care and respect you would your own home so future guests can enjoy it just as much.

Check-out Time: Check out is by 11:00AM unless prior approval for a late check-out has been granted. Adhering to the check-out time ensures our cleaning team has enough time to thoroughly prepare the home for the next guests. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 late check-out fee. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide every guest with a clean, well-prepared home.

By booking Marlin Pines, the primary guest acknowledges that they have read and agree to follow these House Rules and Safety Guidelines throughout their stay. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group and any visitors comply with these rules.
