Inside, the home welcomes you with a comfortable layout designed for easy vacation living. The kitchen features warm honey oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an open design that flows directly into the dining area with a table for four, creating a cozy space for breakfasts before the parks or relaxed dinners after long days in the Florida sun. The living room invites you to settle in with a smart TV, plush couch, and loveseat, while sliding glass doors frame peaceful backyard views and lead to a private patio with two chairs and a small table overlooking a grassy area dotted with trees. THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Resort Fees include wristbands and provide access to community amenities such as the fitness center. Guests must go to the front desk at check-in to receive wristbands, gate pass, and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.
o There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.
• Miscellaneous fee(s):
o Offsite rental of children’s items (portable crib and high chair): $75 each.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) mounted on top right of foyer exterior and actively monitoring the entryway door,
o (2) located on the ceiling of the rear porch and actively monitoring the porch at the rear entryway door.
