The villa combines contemporary design, introduced through the newly built extension, with the historic charm of the original ancient trulli.
The living area is spacious and bright, featuring large windows with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the private pool. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare fresh local seafood or meat dishes, aperitifs, or convivial dinners. The kitchen is completely gas-free and fitted with induction hobs for simple and safe cooking. A wide range of equipment and tableware is provided, including a hand blender, champagne flutes, and an ice bucket.
Outdoor Areas
The property extends over an exclusive area of approximately 12,000 square metres, planted with young olive trees. Around the villa, a Mediterranean garden filled with wild thyme, lavender, mastic trees, rosemary, gaura flowers, and a cactus corner creates a unique atmosphere rich in Mediterranean scents.
The 40 sqm private swimming pool, featuring a shallow beach-style entrance, is perfect both for swimming and for children to enjoy safely. A covered pergola provides an ideal space for outdoor lunches, reading in the shade, or simply relaxing. The solarium area, equipped with sun loungers and shaded spaces, invites guests to enjoy days of complete relaxation.
For convivial moments, guests can enjoy a stone barbecue with smoker. An outdoor shower is also available, perfect for cooling off or after returning from the beach. Thanks to its elevated panoramic position, the property overlooks a typical Apulian landscape scattered with ancient trulli and offers breathtaking sunsets.
