- 1 hallway bunk bed, twin
- 1 loft: 2 twin beds (Note: loft height: 3 feet)
- 1 bathroom: shower (complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash)
- Living room: couch, large screen Smart TV
- Kitchen
- Washer/Dryer (complimentary)

**This home is NOT yet handicapped accesible**. Community Amenities (access included with your stay):
- Heated pool with bathrooms & hot showers
- Marina/boat ramp; marina is for launching and pick up only. There is no day or overnight parking available for guests as those spots are owner reserved.
