Welcome to Castle Terrace, a stunning 4 bedroom Edwardian home in Stirling City Centre. Whilst retaining original features, the home features beautifully designed interiors, high end furnishings, comfortable beds, a walk in shower and freestanding bath and a fully equipped kitchen making it the perfect location for groups or families.
The Space:
Located approximately a 7 minute walk from Stirling Train Station and 8 minutes from Stirling Castle, Castle Terrace is the perfect location to explore vibrant Stirling. With a premium furnishings and space for up to 8 people, this is a home away from home experience delivered by an experience host and support team. All bedrooms contain electrical points for straight to USB charging.
Master Bedroom (first floor)
An exceptionally large room has been furnished with a superking bed, bedside cabinets and a relaxation space with large arm chair and mood lighting. Original features include the traditional flooring and the historical fireplace. You can relax and unwind with blackout blinds and curtains with premium quality linens and stretch out on the premium superking mattress.
Twin bedroom (first floor)
Designed with families in mind, the room contains two twin beds, a double wardrobe and ample drawer space. The blackout blinds and curtains ensure a good nights sleep is to be had by kids or guests staying here. Again original features are retained including the fireplace and carpentry framed windows.
Double Bedroom (first floor)
The double bedroom offers a snug experience with ample storage space. Recharge your phones on the shelved wall lamps and your minds as you relax undisturbed with blackout blinds and curtains again prominent. A single wardrobe also contains shelving to provide ample storage for guests.
Kind bedroom (ground floor)
Another king bed experience provides space to stretch out on our comfortable beds. The decor in the room includes various locations from around Scotland. Hanging and storage space is present together again with blackout blinds and curtains.
Bathroom
An exceptionally large bathroom provides space for a free standing Victorian Style Burlington Bath plus a large walk in rain shower. The tiled walls add sophistication and there is storage available for toiletries in the wall hung traditional vanity unit. Warm lighting is provided from the ceiling and the walls.
Kitchen
The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with top quality cookware which can be utilized in the oven or on the induction hob. A large fridge freezer compliments the storage space and the volume of dinner and table ware ensures the dishes can wait if you want to have extras!
Lounge and dining area
The dining area is integrated into the lounge. The stunning setting is complemented with a 50 inch smart TV, 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table with benches and two lounge style dining chairs which can be utilised for dining or social living. The space accommodates up to 8 people for social gatherings or relaxing together.
Guest Access:
Paid on-street parking outside which is free on Sundays and free between 6pm-8:30am every other day. There is free on street parking available on which is a 5 minute walk away.
There is a private entrance direct into the house where you are immediately struck by the fine and traditional architecture.
