Laguna Sunset is a raised, three-bedroom retreat inside Laguna Village, a gated waterfront pocket of Flour Bluff — the low-key stretch of Corpus Christi that sits between the city and the island, where the pace dials down and the views do the heavy lifting.
The home is built for unwinding. An open-concept main level pulls the kitchen, dining, and living areas together under vaulted ceilings, with sightlines that run straight through to the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size range, stainless appliances, and bar seating at the island — easy for hosting, easier for grazing. A breakfast nook tucks into the corner for slower mornings, and the dining table seats the whole group when it's time to gather.
The primary bedroom is a quiet anchor: a king bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in tile shower, and natural light pulling in from the side. Two additional bedrooms round out the sleeping arrangement, each comfortably furnished for guests or kids.
