Little Kokomo offers over 2,000 sq ft of coastal comfort with an open-concept living area, large covered deck, and gorgeous natural light throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, and a dining table for 8.

Custom Triple Twin Bunk Room
3 Full Bathrooms
The downstairs heated/cooled game room includes a sofa, ping pong table, game table, mini fridge, large TV, and full bathroom with direct pool access.
