Parking

* Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
* Vehicles must be parked only in approved spaces and should not be
left on the street, grass, or blocking sidewalks.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats
are not permitted.
* Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be towed at the
guest’s expense.

Pool and Amenity Use

* The attached spa is not a hot tub and does not have jets.
* The spa can only be heated when the full pool is heated, and both
will reach the same temperature.
* Pool heating is capped at 95°F.
* In colder weather, the pool heating system may not reach the
desired temperature and may shut off temporarily for safety
reasons.
* Pool heating may not always be available due to weather-related
operating limits.

Deliveries and Services

* USPS deliveries are not supported for this type of property and may
be returned to the sender.
* Courier deliveries may be directed to a clubhouse in some resorts,
and some resorts may not accept packages.
* The property cannot guarantee or take responsibility for issues
related to online deliveries.
* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
