The "Land Yacht" Deck: The crowning jewel of the home's exterior is a spectacularly quirky, multi-level deck shaped just like a boat! Affectionately dubbed the "Land Yacht" by the owners, it's the perfect conversation piece and an incredible vantage point for breathing in the salt air.
Protected Water Access: Follow the path down to your private dock and float tucked into a protected cove. At half-tide, it's a phenomenal spot for swimming or launching kayaks. A mooring ball is also available for guests bringing a boat!
Layered Water Views: Take in a lovely sliver of Stone Cove right from the property, and look out toward the expanse of Reeds Cove and Linekin Bay from the water's edge.
