The home features three spacious bedrooms with two queen-size beds and one full-size bed, thoughtfully decorated with modern touches to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. For your beach days, the property includes 6 beach chairs and beach towels for guest use. Guests can enjoy a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, one full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to feel at home during their stay.

The property also offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Step outside into the shaded backyard, your own private oasis featuring comfortable outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and covered seating areas — ideal for enjoying morning coffee, reading a book, or unwinding in the tropical breeze. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, making it an excellent option for both short and extended stays.

Located in a convenient and centrally connected area of Carolina, the home provides quick access to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and essential services. The neighborhood is residential, calm, and well connected to major roads, making it easy to reach Isla Verde, Piñones, and the airport. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private garage with parking for two vehicles, as well as additional free street parking nearby.

Please note that the house does not have a generator. In Puerto Rico, power outages may occasionally occur without prior notice due to the local electric company, and unfortunately this is outside of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist guests should an outage occur.

The property is equipped with a cistern to help maintain water service during temporary water outages.
