- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Additional charges may apply if house rules are breached.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Additional charges will apply for any breach of this rule.
- Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
-Pets are not allowed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
- Access to the neighbour’s rooftop is strictly prohibited.
- Please ensure all doors are locked, windows are closed, and doors are closed quietly when leaving the property.
- Please respect the check-in and check-out times. ------ Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am.
- The full address and access details will be provided prior to check-in.
- Late check-out without prior agreement may incur an additional charge.
- Lost keys will incur a replacement charge payable by the guest.
- Before departure, please wash dishes, strip used beds, and dispose of rubbish.
- Indoor shoes or slippers are appreciated where possible.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
