With its 80 m², Botticelli Apartment is the ideal choice for large groups or families (up to 8 guests) seeking space and convenience. The property features three bedrooms, a cozy living room, and two bathrooms. Designed for those who need to stay connected, you'll find air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The fully equipped kitchen, fan, and a baby cot complete the amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay in the heart of Montaione.
Included in the rental: Wi-Fi DSL, bed and bath linen, use of the washing machine, access to the shared tennis court, and use of the swimming pool.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning (available for an extra fee) and city tax per person per night, applied to the first 6 nights only (children under 14 years old are exempt). Available on request: air conditioning and electric car charging, both available for an extra fee.
