The estate features a floating boathouse with a rooftop tiki bar, private hot tub, gym, multiple outdoor entertaining spaces, and clean, deep, weed-free swimming water surrounding the point. Guests can spend their days paddle boarding, swimming from the dock, boating through the Trent Lakes system, or simply unwinding in complete privacy.
Inside, the Scandinavian-inspired log architecture creates a warm yet elevated atmosphere, with expansive gathering spaces, large windows overlooking the lake, and beautifully designed interiors throughout. The Cottage has a beautiful full size chef's kitchen & office space. The property includes multiple sleeping areas across the estate, making it ideal for multi-generational families, retreats, and group stays.
