The location provides easy access to Highways 1 and 68 as well as being just a few minutes away from the best that Pebble Beach® has to offer — fine dining and shopping at The Lodge or the Inn at Spanish Bay, and golf at any of the Pebble Beach® links - as well as easy travel to nearby coastal towns of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey and Pacific Grove.

The condo is elevated and accessed by one flight of stairs ascending from the parking level. Once inside, the unit is all on one level.
Comfortable furniture, TV, and a gas fireplace are focal points in the living room.
The fully-equipped kitchen make preparing meals a snap.
Step out on to the balcony to take in the sea breeze, use the gas BBQ grill and enjoy peeks of the bay through the pine trees of Del Monte Forest.

Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed and TV.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
There is also a Murphy Bed.
The condo has its own washer and dryer inside the unit.
One assigned covered parking space is located at the parking level. Take one flight of stairs to access the condo. A single detached garage is available for guest use.
