Welcome to your peaceful New Jersey getaway! Tucked away on a quiet, safe dead-end street, this charming 3-bedroom bungalow offers the perfect balance of suburban tranquility and big-city accessibility.
The backyard opens directly onto a beautiful community park featuring a playground, tennis courts, and soccer fields—making it an absolute paradise for families. You are also just steps away from a state-of-the-art community pool and fantastic local neighborhood dining.
The Location & Getting Around
Commuting is completely effortless. Skip the traffic with easy local jitney (shuttle) access right to the Maplewood NJ Transit station, landing you at Madison Square Garden (NYC Penn Station) or MetLife Stadium in just 35 to 40 minutes. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is also just a short 15-minute drive away.
House Rules & Expectations:
To maintain our pristine space and keep peace with our wonderful neighbors, we strictly enforce the following rules:
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
No Parties/Events: No unauthorized gatherings, loud noises, or parties allowed.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight.
No Pets: We maintain a pet-free environment.
Wi-Fi Security: The high-speed Wi-Fi network is strictly reserved for registered guests.
Cohost Lives Onsite: Please note that your co-host resides in the basement area. We kindly ask that you avoid using the washer or dryer late at night so that everyone in the home can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.
