Walking distance to everything Coronado has to offer – Orange Avenue, restaurants, shopping, parks and the Hotel Del Coronado! Make lasting memories this summer enjoying this cozy family home.

The master bedroom is located on the second level and has a king bed to sleep 2. French doors lead out to a large balcony to enjoy the sunshine and beach breezes. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has two twin beds which merge together to form a king-sized bed. Both full bathrooms are located on the first floor and include a sink, vanity, toilet and shower over tub.
Front grassy yard and privately fenced backyard, back deck and master balcony provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy Coronado’s famous weather. Inside laundry with full size washer and dryer. Parking on street only.
