The Large Concierge Service welcomes you to Céline’s villa.
This spacious villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Agon Coutainville. With its terrace and 1,000 m² enclosed garden, it is just 100 meters from the ocean and 300 meters from restaurants and shops.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
A large living room with three floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the terrace, a fireplace, and a view of the garden, which opens onto the dining room.
A dining room with a floor-to-ceiling window and access to the terrace.
A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, 1 coffee maker.
A bathroom and separate toilet
A bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the terrace, featuring a 160/200 bed.
A second toilet in the hallway.
Access to a garage and a storage area, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a shower.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 with a 160/200 bed
Bedroom 2 with 3 90/200 beds, a loft, and a balcony.
