With space to comfortably sleep twelve guests and room to spare, it is the ideal setting for both adventure and relaxation.

Inside, the open concept living spaces are bright, airy, and tastefully decorated, striking a balance between modern style and mountain comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and entertaining effortless, whether you are preparing a big family dinner or a cozy breakfast before heading out for the day. Generous seating areas indoors and out provide plenty of space to come together, while private corners of the house allow for quiet downtime.

The expansive deck is the perfect spot to take in the mountain views, complete with a gas firepit for evenings under the stars. On the lower level patio, you will find a private hot tub that offers a relaxing retreat after a day of outdoor adventure.

The location places you at the heart of year round activities. Winter brings world class skiing and snowboarding at Sunday River along with snowshoeing and Nordic trails just minutes away. In summer, enjoy hiking through the Mahoosucs, mountain biking, or cooling off at the well known swimming holes along Sunday River. Fall offers some of New England's most spectacular foliage while spring invites fly fishing, golf, and peaceful walks as the mountains come back to life. The charming town of Bethel is close by, offering dining, shops, and a classic New England village atmosphere.

Camera is located at front door.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
