Detached staff house with 2 single beds, linens and heating, full bathroom.
The house provides a housekeeper for cleaning and kitchen assistance; for groups of 14 or more, there is an additional charge of $500 pesos per day. The housekeeper can cook if you provide the ingredients, and a maintenance concierge is available for any assistance around the house and has a vehicle (hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
The house has three top-quality water heaters to ensure a steady supply of hot water, as well as hydropneumatic systems, a backup generator in case of a power outage, solar panels, an irrigation system, and all the equipment and tools needed for any purpose.
It has a very spacious parking area that can accommodate up to 8 vehicles.
It has a high-frequency radio for direct communication with security and forest rangers
The entire house has excellent lighting, including the entrance with a courtesy light and motion-activated solar lights; and the garden is fully lit
There is a ping-pong table
An in-home massage service is available (additional cost)
The entire house has satellite internet with 4 repeaters.

The neighborhood is past “La Frontera” on the main highway to Tapalpa.
After about 2 kilometers, turn right toward “Los Espinos,” and 1.1 km further on, there’s a gatehouse set back on the left that says “Pueblo Nuevo” and "Hacienda San Francisco." Turn in there, go straight ahead, turn right at the "Pueblo Nuevo" intersection, and you’ll reach a second gate—go straight through it, until you see a sign that says “Roca Encantada.” Follow the “Roca Encantada” arrows straight ahead; at the last bend to the right, it’s the first house on the left (a sunken, beige house with a tiled roof) number 41
