A splendid apartment located just outside the center of Camogli. Situated in a quiet residential area (near the swimming pool) with a breathtaking sea view, it is a 40-minute walk from the shops and beach, yet well-connected by public transport.
Fully renovated and furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment features a living room with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, and two double bedrooms.
Access is via the main road (Via Figari), followed by a walk of about 100 meters. From the gate, there are approximately 20 steps up to the main entrance, followed by another 20 steps leading to the apartment, which is located on the second floor (no elevator).
Furnished with great attention to detail, the apartment includes a living room with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double bed.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
For late check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, a surcharge of €30.00 applies; for check-ins from 10:00 PM onwards, the surcharge is €50.00. These fees must be paid in cash upon arrival.
