Wooden Mill: Mill 2 - near Vondel Park Amsterdam

Summary:

B&B Wooden Mill is in a residential area of Amsterdam, officially called as Amsterdam 'Oud Zuid' (meaning: oldest quarter build in southern direction). This area is from the beginning of the 20th century and exists of beautiful streets and houses, characteristic for that time.



The Space:

The room is a double room (3,50 x 4,15 m) with a balcony looking out onto the gardens. The room has a couch and table with 2 chairs. and a little table with mirror.



Guest Access:

You will get access to one of the nice rooms in the house. Make yourself at home!



The Neighborhood:

Amsterdam Old South is the neighbourhood for culture and culinary delights. You don’t have to be a local in Amsterdam to know that Amsterdam Old South is one of the chicest neighbourhoods in town. The Amstelveenseweg is known for its great restaurants and check out Restaurant Bar-Grill Marathonweg. If you want to go on a shopping spree in Amsterdam Old South our top-pick streets are the Van Baerlestraat and Jacob Obrechtstraat. Smaller boutiques and a lot of specialty stores!



Other Things to Note:

Guests I look for:



- Respectful of neighbors (keep level of noise down) and my place

- Non-smokers (or smokers that smoke outside and clean up their cigarettes)

- Any age if staying as a responsible and clean couple



At time of departure:

Leave the home as tidy as you found it.

make sure the apartment is tidy, the dishes are done

the garbage is bagged and the oven, hob and fridge/freezer are clean.

all keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee. Please leave the keys behind you on the table, and close the door behind you. In case the door is not locked when you close it, lock the door and put the keys in the mailbox.



Guests must immediately inform the host of all defects in the apartment and damages that occur in the apartment.
