Movie nights hit different at this Trappers Ridge retreat. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps 10 and comes with its own dedicated theater room — eight recliners, made for collapsing after a powder day — plus a game room with a pool table, a private hot tub, and full access to the Trappers Ridge clubhouse, seasonal pool, gym, and courts. Trails with Ogden Valley views start at the front door.
The Space:
Four bedrooms, each with a king bed, and four full bathrooms — the primary has a walk-in shower, his-and-hers sinks, and a soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped for big family meals, and there's an office/flex room with a workspace and pull-out queen sofa for anyone mixing work and mountain time. Downstairs: a family room with TV, a separate game room with pool table and kitchenette, and the theater room with eight reclining chairs. Outside, the deck has a grill and dining furniture with mountain and valley views. In summer, wild turkeys wander past in the mornings.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire 3,500 sq ft home plus all Trappers Ridge community amenities: private hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and basketball court. Wolf Creek Golf Course and Pineview Reservoir are close by; hiking and mountain biking trails start right outside.
The Neighborhood:
Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort in Eden — a quiet, established mountain community built for year-round adventure. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes away (ski shuttle stops at the community entrance in winter), Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, and Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin runs about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.
Getting Around:
You'll want a car for exploring Ogden Valley. In winter, the Powder Mountain ski shuttle picks up at the community entrance. The house has garage parking plus a large driveway. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.
