Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1900s farmhouse, the perfect home base for exploring the Connecticut shoreline year-round. Spend the day at the beach, try your luck at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, visit Mystic Aquarium, or take a day trip to Newport or Block Island. Set on almost an acre beside peaceful wooded land, this fresh, fully updated home sleeps 4 and is close to everything.
No pets or animals. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Guests must be 25 or older to book.
Come in, kick off your shoes, and settle in. You'll enter through a self check-in lock into a spotless, completely redone home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan.
Downstairs: Unwind in the living room with the Smart TV, plan your adventures on the high-speed Wi-Fi, or enjoy a home-cooked meal at the dining table. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space, so the chef in your group will feel right at home.
Upstairs: Both bedrooms have a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. The primary bedroom has an attached full bath, and the upstairs bath has a tiled shower.
Working remotely? A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this an easy work-from-anywhere stay.
Outside: Pour your morning coffee, enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining area, read a book to the sounds of nature, or relax on the patio. There's a large yard and private parking for up to 3 cars.

No third party bookings. We no longer accept bookings for anyone not staying at the property. This is a violation of our rules and is grounds for immediate removal from our property.
Due to insurance requirements, no grilling by guests or bringing in any appliances. We have a fully equipped kitchen.
Exterior security cameras are powered by interior outlets. Please do not unplug any camera, as this protects you, us, and our insurance coverage.
