Outside, guests will enjoy the large screened in porch with dining table and cozy seating; a warm firepit at night (camp wood not included); 2 included 1-person sea kayaks (with 2 adult life jackets); almost an acre of property to feel isolated on; and 2 water side Adirondack chairs. Access to the water is by way of a wooden 12-step staircase (see photo 23/24). At high tide you'll enter directly into the water, and at dead low tide, you'll enter directly into the grass to explore the seaside.
Inside, guests find two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen bed and twin beds, perfect for a small group or family. Full kitchen to include pots and pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, dishwasher, electric stove, full refrigerator with ice trays, outside propane grill, and dining room with a view. Two full sofas for all guests to sit. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, basic soaps, resort style bath towels, beach towels, and a hair dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring.
