About this house rental
This charming micro cabin is located on the beachfront in a quiet cabin area. You have a beautiful view of the river and beach, only 40 minutes from Oslo or 25 minutes from Gardermoen. The cabin area is known from the TV program "Sommerhytta 2022."
The cabin is fully furnished and ready for use. You can drive right up to the cabin to unload and load, then park your car in the shared parking area.
The outdoor area is right by the beach, perfect for quiet days by the water and relaxation. In the summer, a small kiosk is open nearby.
The area offers a variety of experiences: Nes golf course is 10 minutes away, Lily country club spa is 15 minutes away, and Nes church ruins are just a few minutes by car. Sanngrund serves good food by the river, and in Jessheim you will find a shopping center, cinema, and restaurants. Shops can be found in Skarnes and Årnes.

Our experience at the cabin was excellent. It feels modern and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the window and porch shades, which made it easy to adjust for wind, sun, and a bit more privacy.
The location was also a big plus. The cabin is right on the beach, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet and pleasant in the area when we were there over Easter, and there were also great hiking opportunities nearby.
Access was easy, with a short walk from the parking lot to the cabin, which made arrival and departure very smooth. Additionally, the fireplace was a nice touch, which we made good use of on chilly mornings and evenings.
All in all, a very nice experience, and a place we would gladly visit again.
