Its lively atmosphere, combined with a shared pool and game area, makes it perfect for family vacations or group retreats. Located on the second floor of a two-story building, the townhouse offers a spacious and comfortable environment for your stay.
Living Room: A spacious area with comfy seating, a Smart TV, and an open layout. Perfect for relaxation after a day of exploration.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a dining table for enjoying meals together.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, each with twin/full bunk beds, ideal for families and groups.

Free street parking is available, and shared parking is located on the premises. Public transport options are also nearby, allowing easy access to surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this apartment does not come with wifi or internet service as part of its amenities.
Birthday celebrations may be accommodated if arranged ahead of time.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
