This 2-bedroom/2 bathroom condo on the Yucatan's premier Gran Coyote Golf Course is also very close to the beach. Inside our gated community, this new development provides all the amenities including a concierge, a pool, a gym, a large rooftop hot-tub, a mini golf course and a little kids playroom. Within our comfy 4th floor unit on the 6th hole, are 2 king beds, two full bathrooms (one en suite), a furnished patio w/a gas grill, a washer-dryer (combo unit), 2 bikes, and an easy-access parking space next to the elevator in the parking garage. The golf course is across the street and the closest beach is roughly a 25 minute walk - or a 7 minute bike ride (3-4 minute car ride). Our golf club membership provides guests discounted golf rates.

Playa Del Carmen is in the Yucatan Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea (Southeast Corner of MX, roughly 35 minutes south of Cancun). Playa Del Carmen's downtown/center is roughly 3 miles south of our condo, and has lots to offer including wonderful restaurants and bars, lots of live music, and extensive shopping including a large mall. The Ferry to Cozumel from Playa's pier runs regularly and takes only 30 minutes each way, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres is a short distance away. There are several beautiful cenotes throughout Playa Del Carmen, and the beautiful town of Tulum is only 45 minutes south. The famous pyramids of Chichen Itza and Coba are roughly 2 - 2.5 hours in different directions.
