-Please do not keep any food in the bedroom or eat on the beds or couch
-we have umbrellas for use but please put them back
-if it rains please take off shoes
-when using firepit please use water hose to extuinguish and turn off water after use, bring a fire extuinguisher just incase loacted by the grill or under the sink
-Pets are NOT allowed due to allergies, Horses with approval
-Please watch childen, we do not own the animals next door you are welcome to go up to the fence but they have thier own diet so we ask you not to feed them
-Guarage and barn are off limits the whole home and 4.5 acres has pleny of space
-please dont mess with the propane take if you have a queston about it let us know
-Turn off fireplaces when not in use
-No smoking
