No Pets Policy:
No pets are allowed under any circumstances. Due to the homeowner's severe pet allergies, any undisclosed or unauthorized pet brought onto the property will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and guests may be required to vacate the property immediately.
Utility Allowance:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, the home includes a utility allowance of up to $500 per month covering gas, water, and electricity. Any usage exceeding this amount will be the guest's responsibility.
Water Equipment & Bicycle Waiver: Kayaks, paddle-boards, bicycles, life jackets, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided as a complimentary convenience for guests.
These amenities are not rented and are offered at no additional charge. Guests wishing to use the kayaks, paddle-boards, or bicycles must sign a liability waiver prior to use.
Use of these amenities is entirely at the guest's own risk, and guests are responsible for supervising children and following all applicable safety regulations while enjoying the equipment.
