The listed base rate accommodates up to 6 guests and includes access to the main house only.
To unlock access to the separate backyard guest quarters, your reservation must include at least 7 guests. The additional guest fee is $50 per person, per night, beginning with the 7th guest, with a standard maximum occupancy of 10 guests total.
All guests, including children, must be included in the reservation guest count.
Traveling with an even larger group? We also own the Airbnb right next door! Depending on availability, both homes can be reserved to accommodate larger groups while still giving everyone their own space. The two properties have adjoining backyards with a gated connection, allowing your group to easily move between the homes and enjoy the outdoor spaces together.
If your group exceeds 10 guests, please message us before booking. We’ll be happy to let you know whether the neighboring property is available and discuss the best setup for your group.

Our renovation is nearly complete! As of September 26, 2026, construction on the main house is complete and the listing has been updated with current photos of the finished space.
The separate guest quarters are scheduled to be completed on September 29, 2026, at which time final photos of that space will also be uploaded.
