The house is located directly next to the Alpin Express, toboggan run, adventure climbing forest, mini golf course, cable cars, ski lifts, ski school meeting point, ice rink and sports field. The ski slope leads right up to the house and in max. 5 minutes on foot

you can reach the village centre with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques.
